Thank you so much for supporting Jedi Kaylin's final apparel drop! Your support and kindness means the world to us as we head into this next phase of the business. Due to an overwhelming number of orders (seriously, y'all are the best), the shop will be closed for the next few weeks so that we are able to stay on top of things and get orders out in a timely manner.
FAQ'S
How long does it take to get my order?
All orders take about 5-6 weeks to ship out. Due to an overwhelming number of orders, most everything will take the full 5 weeks to ship out. If for some reason you need your order sooner, feel free to send us an email and we'll see if we are able to accommodate. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
All of the patches and apparel are made by myself in my studio. I design, embroider, cut out, and package all of the orders in house. Quality is important for all products, which can mean a longer wait period to ensure your order is just right.
All orders will ship when all items are ready. For example, if you place an order with a product that has a shipping time of 1-2 weeks and with another product that take 3-4 weeks, your order will ship in 3-4 weeks.
I received my order but it is incorrect/something is wrong. What do I do?
Please send me an email with your order number, a picture of the item you received and a description of what is wrong with the order to support@jedikaylin.com. I always want to make sure you are satisfied with your order so please do not hesitate to reach out if something is wrong.
Will the shop be reopening?
Yes! Once we get through the bulk of our Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders we will be reopening the shop with some leftover items/sales.
Please note, any items orders when we reopen will likely not get to you in time for the holidays, especially if you are outside of the US
There will not be another full fledged drop of any kind this year.
How do I attach your patches?
- Choose a durable fabric like denim or canvas
- Do not place the iron directly on the patch. Instead, flip your fabric over and iron from the back or place a spare piece of fabric over top
- Starting in the center, move the iron outwards until backing is fully melted
- Let rest of 5-10 minutes then check to make sure it’s fully attached
- Once fully cooled, place a couple hand stitches around the edge to make sure it stays secure! (This step is especially important for larger patches and for patches that are on items that get a lot of use!)
How do I take care of my apparel?
- Turn garment inside out
- Wash in cold or warm water (we do not recommend using hot water for these items) with a gentle detergent
- Do not not machine dry. The heat and movement of the dryer can damage the stitching in the designs. Instead, let the garment air dry to preserve its lifespan
- Do not bleach
Please Note: You may see faint oval shaped white marks around the embroidery.
This only happens because of the hoops we use and will go away after the first wash!
Can I combine shipping if I made 2 or more separate orders?
We are no longer offering combined shipping on orders unless specifically stated for a product. Due to the volume of orders and requests it’s not possible at this time. Should this policy change, there will be an announcement on our Instagram and here on the site.
What is your return policy?
All products have a 30-day return policy from receiving your item. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact support@jedikaylin.com to inquire about or start the return process.
In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be returned within the 30-day window, be in the original condition you received it, be unworn/unused, and have any tags that were originally on the item (when applicable). Refunds will not be processed until the order has arrived back at out studio.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for any order being returned or exchanged due to personal reasons.
Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges will be evaluated on a case by case basis and are subject to shop availability. To inquire about an exchange, please contact us at support@jedikaylin.com with the reason for exchange, your order number, and what you’re hoping to exchange the item with. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and products will not be sent out until the original product has arrived back to us.
At this time, we cannot do an exchange for designs. Meaning, if you order a saber tee, it cannot be exchanged for a quote tee. Exchanges will only be granted for things like size or style.
Pins, patches, and stickers are not available to be exchanged for another product.
