Why does it take 2-3 weeks to ship out my order?

All of the patches and apparel are made by myself in my studio. I design, embroider, cut out and package all of the orders. Quality is very important to me, so that means a little longer wait period. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Do you ship to the UK/EU?

No, I am not shipping to the United Kingdom or the EU due to VAT tax regulations. I hope to resolve this soon.

 

I received my order but it is incorrect/something is wrong. What do I do?

Please send me an email with your order number, a picture of the item you received and a description of what is wrong with the order. I always want to make sure you are satisfied with your order. 

 

Do you do custom patches/apparel?

No, I only sell what is available in my shop. 

 

Do you do preorders?

No, I do not do preorders because there is too high of a demand and I am only one person working.

 

How do I attach your patches? Is there a Velcro option?

All of my patches are iron-on. I also suggest hand stitching your patches onto the fabric. I do not offer Velcro backing for patches.

 

Do you print any of your apparel?

No, everything I make is embroidered.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you live.

 

Can I combine shipping if I made 2 or more separate orders?

 I am no longer offering combined shipping on orders. There are too many requests at this time and I am one person trying to get all of the orders out in time. If this policy changes, I will make an announcement.

 

What is your return policy?

Customers may return undamaged and unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
