How long does it take to get my order?
In general, all orders take about 3-5 weeks to ship out. All of the patches and apparel are made by myself in my studio. I design, embroider, cut out, and package all of the orders in house. Quality is important for all products, which can mean a longer wait period to ensure your order is just right. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please see individual product listings for a more accurate shipping time.
All orders will ship when all items are ready. For example, if you place an order with a product that has a shipping time of 1-2 weeks and with another product that take 3-4 weeks, your order will ship in 3-4 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping rates vary based on the country you’re in and will be calculated at checkout.
Do you ship to the UK/EU?
Yes, we do! Customers are responsible for any VAT or customs fees associated with their order.
I received my order but it is incorrect/something is wrong. What do I do?
Please send me an email with your order number, a picture of the item you received and a description of what is wrong with the order to support@jedikaylin.com. I always want to make sure you are satisfied with your order so please do not hesitate to reach out if something is wrong.
Do you do custom patches/apparel?
Since we are a small business and it’s a very small team creating the products, we are unable to do custom orders.
Do you do pre-orders for any items in the shop?
Only select items will have pre-orders. Items that restock regularly such as the lightsaber patches, tees, and crews will not have pre-orders. Certain patches, pins, and new designs may be available to pre-order and will note that in the listing title or product description. I am unable to do personalized pre-orders for specific designs.
How do I attach your patches? Is there a Velcro option?
All patches have an iron-on backing. We also suggest hand stitching your patches onto the fabric to create extra hold. We do not offer Velcro backing for patches.
Do you print any of your apparel?
Currently we do not have any new designs being screen printed. All of our products are embroidered.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you live.
Can I combine shipping if I made 2 or more separate orders?
We are no longer offering combined shipping on orders unless specifically stated for a product. Due to the volume of orders and requests it’s not possible at this time. Should this policy change, there will be an announcement on our Instagram and here on the site.
What is your return policy?
Customers may return undamaged and unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to the full return policy here.
I keep missing out on drops, do you have any suggestions?
Yes! In order to make the checkout process go quickly on the website, we suggest making a ShopPay account or an account straight on our website. This allows for all of your information to autofill so you don’t miss out on a product while entering in your shipping or billing information.
